Birth Preparation
Emily is also a midwife and offers unique workshops for women and couples expecting a baby; preparing the mind, body and spirit for the journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Heaven and Birth’s holistic birth preparation combines ancient wisdom, self-discovery and simple ritual with modern midwifery care. A new approach to birth preparation run by experienced and creative midwives: honouring your body, honouring your journey into birth and honouring the Earth we live on. Both practical and profound, the workshops offer uplifting, inspirational and transformational experiences for pregnant women, their partners and families.
